Speaking of all things brilliant, this might be one of most random posts I’ve ever shared on exPress-o but it’s just too good not to. Plus, when I spotted this tip the other day, I actually went straight to the kitchen and tried it myself.
So here it is...If you ever dropped a raw egg on the floor before, you probably remember how doozy and problematic it can be to clean, right? It’s slippery, oozy and sticky, isn’t it? Well, there is a super nifty little solution for an easy clean-up. Just generously sprinkle the egg with salt, leave it for a minute till the salt absorbs the liquid and solidifies the egg and then scoop it right up - no more chasing it around on the floor.
Now, go on and break an egg - you know you want to:) xo
P.S: Also, remember this genius egg trick on separating egg yolks from egg whites.
