What are you snacking on lately? I can't get enough of Katy’s scrumptious spin on my beloved avocados - roasted avocado wedges:) They are perfect just by themselves or you can add them to a simple salad or (my favourite) eat them with yoghurt-garlic dip on the side. If you never had warm avocados before, the taste is similar to artichoke hearts - just creamer, richer and more scrumptious.
The best part: they take only 15 minutes to make. You need 2 avocados, a dash of olive oil, 2 cloves on grated garlic, salt and pepper. Ta dah! Here is the full recipe:)
