When was the last time you....?

Tuesday, February 5, 2013

Darlings, I often wonder about you - my sweet readers. I know a bit about some of you but I'm thinking it's about time to start getting to know each other a dash more - we are friends after all, aren't we? Well, let me start:

The last time I laughed out loud was on Friday during an episode of Seinfeld. (He is hilarious). The latest best smooch happened this morning (with Balazs) and the last time I gave myself a break was late Saturday night. I spent probably three hours reading Red Magazine from the previous few months.

Now your turn, when was the last time you had a proper chuckle, was blown away by a great smooch and took a little break from it all? Do tell! xo

P.S: Ahhh, those amazing little moments:)
P.P.S: And the one piece of advice you wish you'd been given.

Oh, I'll go first, then!

Laughed out loud? The other night with my husband & some friends watching the Super Bowl.
Got a good smooch? Last night going to pick up our new car with the Husband.
Took a break? This morning during E's nap! Bubble bath, candles, and a book, for the win. :)

I laughed this morning after falling down on the ice in front of my house. My husband gave me a very loving kiss last Wednesday on my birthday and I took the longest bath last night. I even treated myself to a glass on Baileys. Cheers, Grace

Bryony, congrats on the new car! Btw: bubble bath + candles + book = the perfect chillaxing combo:)

Oh no, Grace! Hope you didn't hurt yourself. Also, happy late birthday and you just reminded me that I have a bottle of Baileys in the fridge. Hmmm...I should open it tonight:) Thank you!

I belly laugh a lot, but the last time was with my MIL over Christmas. I love when my husband kisses me on the forehead at night. I'm in a place of constant relaxation which causes me to panic and look for things to do....all that will subside when I get on a plane Thursday heading to Florida. Fun post.

Laugh - yesterday with coworkers at lunch. I don't even remember what was so funny, but almost did a spit-take with my soda.
Kiss - Sunday night when my boyfriend picked me up at the airport. Arrivals kisses are the best!
Break - last night Indian food for dinner = no cooking or dirty dishes at my house!

I had a great laugh with my new buddy after we danced in front of a window where some nice young adults were learning how to play Ukulele, that was last night!

This morning I shared some sweet smooches with my fiance..

and on Sunday, I took a break from it all and went for a hike in Malibu! It was amazing to really appreciate the sweet smell of fresh air.

The last time I laughed was earlier this evening, while playing with mustache pencils my friend got for me.

The last kiss was a bittersweet goodbye kiss before I came back here after Christmas. A moment I keep revisiting.

The last time I took a break from it all was after work on Sunday, when I went straight to bed and left everything on my to-do list waiting since I am a little under the weather at the mo.

Sweet idea for a post xo

Laughed out loud was yesterday when I watched the Super Bowl commercials that I missed. Only a couple of them got me...I felt like most of them were kind of disappointing :/

Last kiss was my new little puppy, Chipper, when I went home on my lunch break! I kissed him, he didn't kiss me :) haha.

Last time I took a break was a few minutes ago...I went over to our campus coffee shop and treated myself to a latte.

You're so sweet to ask questions of us! It's fun to read about what other people are up to :) I hope you're having a lovely week so far.

Good Afternoon!

Lets see the last time I laughed was about an hour ago while looking through old family pictures.
The last good smooch was yesterday morning when I kissed my boyfriend goodbye before work.
The last time I took a break was about 10 min. ago when I sat down to look at this blog.

Thank you for giving me my little break each day. I truly enjoy reading your blog. I feel as though we are friends already, strange how words and picture can make you feel connected to someone you never really met.

Sorry it posted three times I don't know why it did that.

Latest laugh was over something my husband said last night. I love that I get his humour even if some people just scratch their heads at it!
Latest smooch was from my sweet 3 yr old boy. He gives some great (if a bit sloppy) smooches!
Latest break was too long ago to remember so I clearly need to work on that! Although maybe catching up on my favourite blogs, like yours, after the kids are in bed is enough of a start!

My hubby keeps me laughing quite a bit.
Last week after my surgery he almost made me bust my stitches. It seriously hurt so bad, lol
Just smooched as hubby left on his motorcycle to go pickup our kiddo.
My last break has been too long in the making, a month of doing nothing...I would rather be doing something :)

The last time I had a good laugh was Sunday when I had an old friend over. The last knock my socks off smooch was Monday night when Boyfriend returned from being away for a week. The last me time was Monday when I took a long hot shower and then watched SVU.

aw, I love this idea and the pictures, so dreamy! Ok, the last time I laughed out loud was when a good friend of mine from back home asked me which directions the toilets flush in Vietnam (in the same northern hemisphere). The last best kiss was with my boyfriend, when he asked me to demonstrate what a proper sterile Star Trek kiss was like (funny!). My last proper break... letting myself recover fully from a flu, with guava juice and hankies and garlic and the whole nine yards. <3

Diana Mieczan said...

Elizabeth, now I am giggling too and that kiss had to be amazing:) LOVE! Also, so happy to hear that you are feeling better after your flu. Seems that everyone is getting it now. Btw: quava juice? Interesting. I am going to check this one out. Thanks!
