Wow, have you ever had a Hoddeok? Me neither but after stumbling upon Pigamitha’s recipe of this Korean twist on pancakes, I’m ready to race to the kitchen and get cooking. It’s basically a 2.0 version of our beloved pancake just stuffed with a scrumptious mix of brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Supposedly, as the mixture hits the hot pan the stuffing magically melts together creating an extraordinary combination of flavours simply irresistible for our taste-buds.
Blimey, that is a breakfast experience at its best. Don’t you think? Fancy making a plateful too? Ready, steady, race... (Full recipe here) xo

P.S: Also, Dutch baby pancakes, mini pancake-pops and tiramisu pancakes:)
P.P.S: Fancy a pancake party?
