Monday Madness = Banana Breakfast

If Mondays are not your thing, how about starting that rather unloved day on a scrumptious note? Blimey, if I had banana at home this morning, I’d be making a plateful of those goodies while barefoot happy-dancing around the kitchen but since I’m banana-less, I am ready to lick the screen :) Well, what’s not to like, right?
