Do you ever take time out to be totally and utterly alone? Recently, I overheard someone saying that her favourite time of the week is Tuesday afternoon as it’s the only time in the whole week when she can be by herself for an hour. I’ve never thought about it before but now I kind of want to try finding a little slice of time to just switch off from the outside world and be with my own thoughts just for a bit. I also read that 'me time' is really healthy and totally rejuvenating. The best part is it can be anything from a long bath, a cozy tea on a sofa, a slow stroll through your favourite park to even a quiet glass of wine on the balcony - just as long as you spend some quality moments with yourself.
