I'm such a cheese person, you? My cheese rule is simple: stinker is always better but when it comes to a grilled cheese sandwich with a twist, brie and apple seals the deal every single time. We usually eat it with a dash of honey but when a few days ago I spotted Jessica's caramel sauce tip, I barely could wait till dinner time to try it out. It was delicious! (Here is the full recipe).
