Are you a vegetarian or vegan? Or are you a meat eater? Recently I overheard something interesting in a doctor’s office while waiting for my turn. Supposedly meat-free diet boots your mood and makes you happier. Who would have thought? It is all due to reduction of AA - the fatty acid found in meat. I’m not a vegetarian and I eat meat occasionally but I’d love to try reducing it even more for a month or so to see if I feel any different. Any thoughts? xo
P.S: It also reduces our carbon footprint.
