Mini-Pancake Pops!

Friday, July 13, 2012

Oh my goodness, mini-pancake pops? What is it about miniature food that is so darn irresistible? For me, bite-size pancakes dipped in warm maple syrup call for a fun breakfast party, picnic in a park or even a late night snack with friends. Genius! (Here is the full recipe). xo

P.S: And two more delicious takes on pancakes: Dutch baby pancakes and Tiramisu pancakes.

This looks like one of those meals that makes you feel 10 years younger, carefree, and oh so happy :) what a clever twist on the classic!
