I mostly wear my
dresses belt-less. Although, occasionally I
use a belt for an extra loose dress/tunic to create some shape to it but since
I read that even the thinnest belt can optically make your legs
look longer, I started to look at belts in a totally different way. Tip:
always wear
your belt on your waist, never lower if you want longer looking
legs. Makes sense, doesn’t it? Do you wear belts with your dresses? xo
P.S: Also, a few other
tips on "mile long legs" and here are a few other takes on dresses:
backless,
mullet and
maxi.
P.P.S: Plus, more sassy
trends!

Love the trend. Unfortunately it doesn't look good on me as I don't have small waist. Have a great week! xoxo

and bags, lovin' that Miu Miu bag!
Anyhoo, oh goodness I never knew this about the belt, jeez my legs are already a mile long now if I wear a belt I must look as if I am on stilts.
LOL

Oh boy, Amy. You always make me giggle. Btw: I bet you look totally adorable in your dresses with belts. xo
I totally belt that up. Skirts, too!
Is that so? I never knew this trick. Now I have an extra reason to wear belts
I'm always looking to lengthen my legs! Thanks for the tip!

Btw, I did cut off my hair on Saturday inspired by your breezy summer hair post!!!!
THANKS, I LOVE IT :)
Amy
belts do make such a difference! xo
I love the last dress/photo. I will be belting up if that's what it takes to make my legs look longer.
I usually wear them with the ones they come with... I guess I need to buy more of them!
Great advice! I love belts and I could use some help in the "height" department!
XOXO
i love a nice belted dress - wish my legs were longer though!
Chic on the Cheap
Totally, Patricia!
Yay! How fantastic, Amy. I can't wait to see photos of your new hair-cut:) (excited)
If you are happy and successful in your nursing profession you attire should reflect it all. Everything this demands time, and a person can hardly find free time for studying and spending all days long in a higher educational establishment. I believe they were called "hospital beds".
