Darlings, are you planning on watching the London Olympics this July? With the starting date so close and the pressure of competing growing, photographer Umit Bektas wanted to give us a sneak peak into how the Turkish Olympians are getting ready for the competition. As much as the physical part is important, those five athletes show us that their eating habits are crucial as well. They are on a very strict plan of between 1500 to 3500 calories a day. How impressive, isn’t it? One of the girls drinks up to 5 liters of water each day to stay on her target - incredible! Are you into sports? xo
