This morning while skype-ing with my
mom we talked about
this awesome
BT project that involves the iconic
British telephone booths. Yup,
the red K6 that braces every single corner of
London. The concept involves 85 creative minds who are giving a go to re-invent
Gilbert Scott's famous red creation for a great cause. Each of those 85 phone boxes will pop-up
around
London throughout
the summer and will be eventually auctioned off, but for now Londoners can
enjoy those funky boxes to the fullest. Isn't that brilliant?
Seems that
London is the place to be this summer, isn’t

You know what's the most charming about this? The fact that they still have phone booths. When's the last time you saw someone using a pay phone in North America?

I used to live in London and I LOVED it! There is truly no place like it, and even though I love my life in Portland, OR... I still miss London every day! It's just magic.
