Royal Weatherman

Tuesday, May 15, 2012

Last Thursday, during his visit to Scotland, Prince Charles was invited to become a weatherman for a day. He had to read a little weather bulletin while operating the screen behind him. I think he did a brilliant job, don't you? He even cracked a smile and a few jokes - it's so unusual to see. Oh boy, the witty Brits:) xo

P.S: Here is a fun fact about Charles: Supposedly he has a habit of eating boiled eggs and muffins each day between 4pm and 5pm for his tea. (And my mom claims that he sleeps nude - giggle).

It was alright I guess. I thought Will's speech at the British Olympic dinner was better. I wonder if he writes his own stuff. http://gu.com/p/37gp5

I loved this. I work for a national radio current affairs show, and this performance by the Prince was so good, we just played it for fun on the radio! He's a good sport...and he did a pretty good job, no? ;)

Tanvi, I know what you mean. He usually looks very formal, doesn't he?

Krista, Will's speech at the British Olympic dinner was super witty, indeed. I loved it too and I could totally imagine him writing his own stuff.
