Ripped Jeans: Thumbs up or down?

Thursday, April 26, 2012

Do you wear ripped jeans? I do, but I never actually bought a pre-ripped pair. I have a thing for well tailored pants. They simply don’t come around too often so when I actually find a pair that fits like a glove, I keep it for as long as I can. Both of my ripped denims got worn-in over the years to the point where they got a bit torn around the knees. I love them that way and they look cute rolled up with boat neck teesflats and rosy cheeks.

Lovelies, how do you feel about ripped jeans? Do you wear them? What do you pair them up with? xo

I wear them too. I have about 3 different pairs that I keep on rotating. I want to recreate the first outfit this weekend. Cheers, Grace

I say yes if they look naturally ripped. Prebought tends to look like you're trying too hard.

I would, if they rip wasn't showing anything too revealing. I am in love with those blue Louboutons. WOW!

I love how almost all of these ladies have their ripped jeans paired with heels. Casual and chic.

I sure do! I just wore mine yesterday with a guns and roses vintage tee but a kate spade cardigan and my new Kate Spade cocktail clutch and patent leather ballet flats.

I need to be comfy but still kinda put together :)

My favourite pair of jeans ripped recently & I've kept on wearing them!

I'm with you, I'll wear the jeans that I've ripped up naturally but I won't buy them pre-torn!

There is something comfy-cosy about throwing them on and dressing them up! I usually do flats and a cardigan with a fun necklace!

I'll wear them if it happen naturally, but I'm not gonna pay extra for something that I could do myself. Trust me, I've ripped holes in a lot of pairs of pants!
