Looks wonderful! My mom used to be a professional baker too, it's a tough job but oh so delicious things were baked at home too :)
This is stunning. These photos are beautiful. I dream of doing something like this quite often...I think it's just the idea of the act of creating something so comforting with such time-consuming care.
