? It was such a popular sport that it finally landed on the cover page of Life Magazine on May 14th, 1965. Today, I’ve been browsing through those vintage NYC skateboarding US photographs and they put a huge smile on my face. There is something incredibly timeless and endearing about simple fun with friends on skateboards, isn’t there?
Btw: As a child I had one with neon green wheels. I was totally uncoordinated but I loved riding it:) How about you? Did you have a skateboard? How awesome are those photos? xo
