Lucy and Stephen live in beautiful
New Zealand where they grow all organic veggies in their cool
backyard glasshouse through the winter and make delicious green
smoothies during spring and summer. Brilliant, isn't it? I just adore that they built this little gem out of recycled window frames. What a great way to be creative and super healthy. Lovelies, do you grow your own veggies or fruits? Would you like to? xo
P.S: If you fancy trying Lucy’s super smoothie here is her recipe:
15 big leaves of spinach, 1 cup of parsley and mint, chunk of fresh pineapple, 2 dates, quarter of mango, half of lime and ice. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
P.P.S: One of my favourite smoothies, the
avocado booster!

Ahh those kiwis are making it impossible for me to dislike them... ever.
this is gorgeous! I think if I had this up north, I might have a shot at gardening in that horrid climate!

I am dreadful with plants but I'd love to have this little glass house in my back yard if someone else took care of the plants :)
I just started the spinach smoothie thing and I LOVE them!
I would LOVE to have a greenhouse in my backyard! My sister makes spinach smoothies for breakfast to drink on the way to work- hers are spinach, frozen berries, greek yogurt and a little orange juice and are delicious!
Jeanette, how fantastic! Each time I have the smoothie, I feel so good the whole day. Super energy-bootser:)
TheChambrayCountess, I LOVE that your sister makes them each morning and that she adds greek yogurt and orange juice to the mix. Totally need to try it her way. Thanks, darling.
