Crikey, I'm on such a brie-high! I've been munching on apple slices topped with jam and soft Brie de Meaux for the past few days. Yum! But tonight I can't wait to try those baked brie bites that Joy awesomely came up with. You just need some cheese, your favoruite jam, puff pastry and you are ready to go. Lovelies, what cheese do you fancy lately? xo
P.S: Baguette topping perfection:)
P.P.S: Cute cheese trays that you can make yourself.

Wow, I so need to try this!! I'm mildly obsessed with baked brie. I brought it to my parents' house for Thanksgiving, and I made it for our Sintra party and Christmas dinner. Soooo yummy. :-)

scrumptious! i'm bookmarking this for my next party as these are great finger food. My cheese of the moment: cheddar and blue stilton (that's what happens after a week in the UK: exit French cheese, hello British delights!). xx
