Sun-dried Tomatoes + Ravioli = Love

Monday, December 12, 2011

The last part of this year proves to be super busy in our end of the world. Balazs has been working tons in the past few weeks and we both keep catching a cold in rotation. So, I decided that tonight is perfect for some comforting red pesto ravioli and a bottle of good red wine that Balazs' dad treated us to last week. I literally could eat sun-dried tomatoes with everything lately. Yum! Anyhow, do tell, what do you like to eat when you are under the weather? xo

P.S: More delicious food including the tummy-licious zucchini fritters.

OMG! You two get better! At the same time! LOL
That ravioli looks AH-MAZING. I bet the wine will be great with it.
When we are sick we like Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Pot Pie. It's a crustless stew actually, but PA Dutch call crusted pot pie "chicken pie."
Get warm tonight!

I'm fighting sinus stuff right now...I caught it from Z, who had it last week. When I'm sick I really don't feel like cooking, so mostly I eat lots of tomato soup & grilled cheese.

When I don't feel well, I like to make "chicken" noodle soup with my favorite fake chicken, Quorn. Soups in general, really: minestrone, chili, etc. I hope you feel better soon!
