The Best Thing After Thanksgiving

Monday, November 28, 2011
Oh boy, if you have some leftover turkey, here is a scrumptious panini idea that Balazs and I are making tonight. The fun combination of jam, Swiss cheese, Dijon and cranberry sauce makes my head spin with excitement. Yum! Darlings, doesn't it look mouth-watering? How was your Thanksgiving? (Recipe here). xo

yum, great use of leftovers! We've done a few leftover sandwiches, but not panini style, I should do that soon!

i am SERIOUS - DIJON (or any other mustard, basically...) makes it all different, all food tastes wonderfully.

Ooh, I've never done paninis with leftover turkey before! I usually make soup, that's what I did last night actually! I just ate some for lunch, it was quite delicious. :-)
