Leopard Print: Thumbs up or down?

Tuesday, October 11, 2011

It's not a surprise that leopard print is one of the most popular trends in recent times and this autumn everyone seems to be wearing little pops of those stylish spots. So if you are like me and feel a bit intimidated by wearing leopard print from head to toe, here are some fun ways to get in touch with your wild side. So, darlings, are you ready to discover the animal within? Will you be "spotting" this autumn? xo

P.S: According to Elle, the best way to look chic and sleek wearing this style is by keeping the rest of the outfit simple or accessorizing it with dark pieces.

I've always loved leopard print. The easiest way, for me, to incorporate this "trend" is with a simple pair of leopard-print ballet flats. They are comfy and chic, and they go with just about everything! xo.

gorgeous round up Diana! Thumbs up to the clutch, bag, and shoes for sure. I like the print but in small doses or it has to be the right color/fabric etc.

Thumbs all the way up! I wish I could pull it off half as well as any of these women. I especially like the preppy navy sweater over the printed button up. Perfect!

DO!!! Absolutely! So classy. (But it must be done right!)I'd LOVE some leopard heels or a long shirt to layer under a sweater. :)

I just can't get into the whole leopard thing. I think it's pretty on other people, but it reminds me of Jr. High...

I don't usually gravitate towards leopard prints, but the chick with the gold shirt and scarf has me drooling...

Yes, this is the way to do it, just a little pop is the best I think. I like all these looks, except maybe the tights with the shoes, one or the other for me.

I love it on shoes. My husband thinks it looks trashy though... he's very old fashioned in his thinking. Cute but strange.

Animal print is always fun, but can easily go from 5th Avenue chic to Jersey Shore hot mess in a second. But thumbs up to the ladies in your photos.

i like it in moderation. but H&M sells too many leopard things so it ends up looking cheap sometimes! but, these ladies pull it off very nicely!

I can only handle animal prints in small doses like a belt or headband, maybe shoes. Otherwise, I'm really not a fan. Just my two cents :)
