How does this sound? A sesame baguette topped with fresh peppery arugula, berries and buttery ricotta. I love cheese in any shape or form, so when I spotted this delicious baguette topping over on Sunday Suppers I almost fell off my chair. Let's dig in, shall we? :) What's your favourite cheese right now? xo
P.S: Here is how to make a homemade ricotta.
P.P.S: A fantastic GIVEAWAY Wednesday is coming up!

Ooh, I would never think of that combination! But the more I think about it, the better it sounds. And it looks pretty, too!
I'm a big fan of brie... I actually just posted last week about recreating a sandwich from a local restaurant that uses brie, pears, and honey, it's SO good!!

My mouth is watering right now! Blueberries are my favorite thing in the world, but I would never think of pairing them with these ingredients. Yum!

I totes pinterest-ed this right away! When can I be as brilliant as Sunday Suppers?? Buratta is one of the best cheeses. I had it on pizza in Italy, and it was like a sweeter, more buttery and rustic mozzarella.
blue cheese! There is a blue cheese at Whole Foods (I think it's called buttermilk blue) and it makes my mouth water just thinking about it, lol. I can eat a fourth a pound in one sitting... not so good for me, but it sure tastes good :)
this looks quite tasty! I love any kind of food.....I should have been a food critic!
I adore blueberries as well Marissa and Sarah, I adore Sunday Suppers. Those girls rock my world! Btw: Buratta sounds really delicious. I'm going to try it this weekend:) Thanks!
Oh yes, Sparrow's Nest! Blue cheese is amazing and I also can eat cheese like it's my job:) haha. We should be the cheese-eating-buddies:)
I have a friend who is a food critic. I always tell her that she has the BEST job ever, Monica:)
