My darlings, have you tasted Vietnamese iced coffee before? The other day Giao wrote an awesome post about the process of making it. Her family used to enjoy this summer cooler back in the day and now I'm really tempted to try it myself. It seems easy to brew as long as you have medium-ground dark roast coffee with chicory, condensed milk, ice cubes, boiled water and one of those small metal French drip filters called cà phê phin.
