I remember as a child dreading homemade juices of any kind. Especially those that included carrot or spinach for that matter. Luckily, those days are behind me. (Well, we all grow out of that silliness, don't we?). Anyway, last week Hollie made this super healthy carrot-green apple juice with a twist. She swears by adding a bit of ginger to bring out the perfect balance of "spiciness and freshness" to the mix. I would never have thought of that - brilliant! Lovelies, doesn’t that sound refreshing?
