Exciting News!!!

My darlings, remember when last week I mentioned that I have some great news to share? I can finally spill the beans! I'm totally excited to say that I've joined the Honest Cooking team and I will be writing for this incredibly delicious food magazine on weekly basis.

Each week I'll be bringing you unfussy recipes, exciting food-talk, and every now and then dwelling on my passion for the coffee culture. Please feel free to check out my articles there and join in the food-chatter! (It would mean the world to me).

Today we are talking about my "mood fixer" - homemande banana loaf! Have you done banana bread before? xo

Growing up we would never waste food so if bananas were getting too ripe. Voila, banana bread!

Congrats! Thats so exciting!! ANd yum I never thought of banana bread with vanilla ice cream!! Cant wait to try it! My best friend just had homemade banana bread at her home...it was very tasty! :) Congrats again!

Also, I loooove banana bread. I make it all the time. And I also make banana muffins with chocolate chips and some brown sugar on top. So yummy. :-) And I'm mixing it up tonight and making zucchini bread!
