On The Other Side

Tuesday, February 8, 2011

How would you like to have a door knob that shows a reflection of the room on the other side of the door? This cool gadget is a collaboration between a Japanese architect and Union. For me it totally resembles a snow globe and I think it would make a fun addition to a baby nursery as it glows in the dark. Not recommended for the parents' bedroom, though:) Darlings, what do you think? xoxo

What an awesome idea, other then the slight creeper factor. You just need to be careful what door you put it on!

P.S. I'm holding a giveaway on my page, join in the fun if you feel led!

I love it, Diana. Yes, for a nursery this would be perfect! There's so much talent out there. I admire people that come up with ideas like this one.

Amy said...

Wow, this is so cool! Yes, perfect for kids' room! I don't think the kids want to know what their parents are doing in the room though...lol

Mo Pie, Please said...

I was gonna say - it sounds like a good idea in theory but could cause a lot of trouble! Good for a very little kid's room but very bad for any grown person!

Caroline of Salsa Pie said...

that is the coolest thing i have EVER seen. But what happened when you want privacy? Hmmm. I can see my little ones trying to peek in our bedroom by looking at the knob right now! VERY cool. I'm off to check out the links too.
