Home Inspiration: Pop of Yellow

Tuesday, January 18, 2011

I'm usually not the one who adds bright colours to her home but I must say that those sunny-yellow accents give a perfect punch of brightness to each space (especially on a gloomy day like today). I would happily eat my breakfast sitting on such a cute chair! Dears, what do you think? Are you brave enough? xoxo

Ps: More splash of colour!

Love it! I just added in a pop of green with a shag rug in my sitting room. It goes well with my purple couch!

I love it! I actually just saw an awesome yellow chair at Goodwill yesterday. I don't have room for it, but it was pretty neat!

About 5 years ago I would have said yellow was one of my least favorite colors but I'm now quite smitten and we have a few pops of it around. Painted a pole on our back patio this color and I love it.

My room is cream, lavender, and pale pale green. I am usually a fan of the muted, calming colors. However, I always like rooms that have some yellow thrown in. It's very cheerful!

Well now, yellow is my favorite color so I would do this! Though my room is a mix of peach, 70's green, yellow, and retro blue... so I'm a big fan of color!!!

I love a pop of yellow. I actually have a secret wish to own some really beautiful yellow shoes. I think they'd be a really fun pop of color for a summer outfit.
