Home Inspirations: Blue Wallpaper

Monday, September 20, 2010
I gasped when I saw this entrance room as I am a huge wallpaper fan. I fall in love with them more and more each year. How gorgeous is that blue-yellow colour combination paired up with amazing pattern? It's all in the detail. Dears, what are your thoughts? xoxox

Ps: I finally watched the Bounty Hunter last night...I am so smitten with Gerard Butler's British accent!

I know I should embrace the wallpaper blitz going on right now but all I can think about is all the time and energy it would take to remove it when I am tired of it!
But...Gerard Butler is my new celeb crush. Seriously dreamy!
Best,
Tina

SmartBear, I am with you on this! When my husband and I moved into our house, nearly every room had wallpaper. UGLY wallpaper. I had pain in my fingers and arms for months after we finished removing it, it was awful!

I have only started liking blue over the last year. I got a navy bedspread to go with my orange lamps and I am quite fond of it. That dog is adorable, so is G.Butler. The Scottish Brogue is one of my fav's.

I'm trying to choose a wallpaper for my half bath right now. It's so much harder to decide than I thought it would be!

I love it! I love the entire entryway in general. I saw the Bounty Hunter in Hawaii at the airport. He was, uh, getting his bounty and there was a camera guy to catch it all on tape.

Gerry Butler, oh my gosh, yes please. Would love to see him in his kilt. You should google him on Craig Ferguson, quite funny watching the two Scottish boys ham it up.

It's funny how wallpaper fell out of fashion after the 80s. But there are so many beautiful prints out nowadays, I definitely think it should back in a modern way.
