What's Cooking, Good Lookin?

Wednesday, August 18, 2010
As Balazs has the evening off and we are too tired to go out, we are thinking about making this flatbread pizza with Italian sausage and zucchini, getting a bottle of our favourite Italian wine and settling down on our balcony for the evening. Little date night (lazy style....hahaha...).

Sounds like a plan:)....What are your dinner plans for today?

Ps: Here is the recipe. If you are not too crazy about sausages, you might want to try this one:) Yummy..

I love lazy date nights and this pizza looks good!
So in Dallas there's this time called Restaurant Week where "fancy" restaurants are offering 3 course meals at $35. So my dinner plans 2 nights this week will be at these "fancy" places... there will be wine ;)

Mmmm that looks delish! I often don't like the idea of pizza because it seems too heavy - but this look relatively light and healthy!

If you consider that lazy, then I must be comatose, LOL. The cheaper the pizza, the better for me, which means I haven't actually made a pizza from scratch since like the 8th grade.
