So happy to hear your birthday was grand! Love your flowers my dear...they really do make a day extra special.

Now re: the hangover. I would try the Canada Dry Ginger Ale alternated with orange popsicles throughout the day. Oh, and chicken broth with a touch of ginger.

Not that I've ever had a hangover or anything...hehe

xoxo,
Carrie

pineapple is the best cure for a hangover that I know - but it's got to be fresh.

Such beautiful flowers!

Not really a great hangover cure, but I learned back in college that greasy, bad-for-you foods that I would normally find really unappealing (fat sandwiches from the Grease Trucks at Rutgers!) were always sooooo good after a night of drinking. ;-)

Carrie's chicken broth idea is a good one. The ginger too! Also, drink some coconut water - it's nature's gatorade :) Definitely take a nap at some point if you can.. Feel better sweetie!

Best hangover cure is pineapple juice and plenty of fluids! The Bromelin in the pineapple is really hydrating!

Eat something greasy like a cheeseburger. It sounds weird, but it totally works for hangovers!
